Senior Summit ~ October 10, 2108
Students will register in advance for sessions through a Google Form.  Any student who does not register by Monday, October 1st at 4:00 pm will be assigned to sessions, which must be adhered to for attendance purposes.  For more information on potential sessions, please see the Senior Summit Website.

Cool Week ~ February 18th - 22nd
Cool Week is structured, week-long, work-based learning experience for qualified 12th grade students in Leander ISD.  Students are placed in a business or agency for a few days or a full week in a career field that they may otherwise not necessarily have access to observe.  For more information on COOL Week, please visit the COOL Week Website.

October 17th, 18th & 19th: Balfour at Vista Ridge during all lunches for Cap & Gown orders

March 27:  Senior Panoramic Photo during Ranger Time on the Band Pad
Pictures may be purchased the following day during ALL lunches in the Cafeteria (Cash, Check or Money Order is accepted.  Checks made out to Goldbeck Company and include a phone # on checks)
$25.00 1 lrg. Panoramic, $35 for 1 lrg. and 1 medium size panoramic, $45 for 1 lrg., 1 medium & 1 medium '19 formation

May 14th & 15th:  Balfour in Cafeteria during all 3 lunches to deliver cap and gowns
May 21: Senior Awards Ceremony 7:00pm , VRHS Cafeteria
May 22: Baccalaureate Service 8:00 am, VRHS Auditoriumay
May 23 & 24th, May 28th & 29th: Senior Final Exams
May 3o: Mandatory Graduation Practice 9:00 - 11:30 am, VRHS Competition Gym
June 1: Graduation 8:00 pm at HEB Center at Cedar Park; students report to VRHS prior
 to Graduation (more detailed info regarding time and place to come)

Order Your Cap & Gown 
This is required to participate in the VRHS graduation ceremony; order online from Balfour.
The deadline to order your cap and gown before the price goes up is Jan. 31st.

Reporting Future Plan


Senior Awards ~ May 21, 7:00 pm
Parents/Guardians of students being recognized will receive an invitation to Senior Awards.
The Class of 2019's achievements will be recognized during Senior Awards.  Several awards will be presented, including awards for scholarship offers & military enlistments (verification must be submitted by April 25, 2019).
In order for a Military Enlistment or Scholarship to be recognized, students must provide verification by completing the Senior Scholarships Reporting Form in the VRHS Class of 2019 Goggle Classroom HERE
You also must submit a copy of the scholarship award letter or enlistment papers.
**Please complete a separate form in the VRHS Class of 2019 Google Classroom for EACH scholarship offered to you, whether or not you are accepting the offer.**


Get on the "College Wall"
Wondering how you can be recognized and added to the VRHS College Wall?
Please complete this College Acceptance Reporting Form.  After completing this form, please stop by the counseling office to sign a pennant and post it on the College Wall.  As you receive multiple acceptance offers, please complete additional forms.

TSI - If you need to request access to your TSI test scores, please visit the College & Career Center website TSI page to fill out a request form.
