Freshman Student Led Parent Conferences

Freshman Student Led Parent Conferences
Posted on 02/28/2018
Beginning February 20th through February 27, Vista Ridge High School will host Freshman Student-Led Parent Conference. We are excited for these annual conferences in which students share their personal discoveries, discuss academic planning, and open dialogue about not only high school, but future educational plans. Specifically, during this student-led conference you will have the opportunity to review and edit your student’s 4-year graduation plan and sophomore year course selections. Counselors will be dropping in to review the crucial academic planning component and answer related questions.

Please use the links below to RSVP for your student’s conference. If possible, please try to schedule the conference during your student’s Professional Communication or AVID class. Please be sure to use the link for your student’s counselor which is associated with their last name.

A few helpful details:
Appointment: You will receive a confirmation email after your online RSVP and a reminder email 2 days before the conference. Quality conferences typically last 30-45 minutes.
Parking: Parents are welcome to park in Visitor parking in front of the main office.
Check-in: Parents will pick up a Visitor badge in the VRHS Main Office, then proceed down the hall to the Library/Lecture Hall.
